Bijou Basin Bison

In 2005, my family moved to Elbert, CO to begin ranching. We started with a few cattle but soon decided that we wanted to try our hand a bison.  There were a few glitches, of course (like escapes where my wife had to go round up and herd them back in our VW beetle), but working with buffalo was very fun and rewarding.  In 2009, due to circumstances beyond our control, we sold our last buffalo.
